There are two main ways to access my services
NDIS - Capacity Building Therapeutic Social Work
(currently only available for self or plan-managed participants)
This is a therapeutic service that supports emotional, social, and practical capacity, led by your goals, values, and pace. This service is about working towards your identified NDIS goals in ways that feel safe, sustainable, and meaningful.
60-minute sessions
Strength based and systems focused
Standard NDIS rate: $193.99 per session
Suitable for Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living
Available online, in-home, or in-community
Progress reports and assessments are billed at the same rate of $193.99 but as everyone’s circumstances are different, there are not standard set hours for non-face-to-face work. For a more thorough cost estimate of letters, reports and assessments, please discuss this directly with me.
Social Work Therapy and Counselling
(For self-funded clients)
This is a therapeutic service that has no expectation for you, just that you show up for yourself and we do the rest. This flexible and low-cost option suits people who want to safely unravel, reflect, and navigate their life journey. We can move at your pace, with your specific goals in mind. The aim is for it to be safe, affirming and focused on your needs.
50-minute sessions
Fee based on income (between $120 and $190 per hour)
Based on the out-of-pocket rates you would normally pay with a mental health care plan
No reports, no diagnosis required- self-diagnosis is also valid here.
Ideal for anyone looking to navigate trauma, identity, burnout, boundaries, relationships, grief, and more
Available only as telehealth
Please be aware that the fee structure at the lowest rate is in high demand and I can only offer a set amount.
How do sliding scale fees work?
I use a sliding-scale fee structure so that services remain accessible, while also making it financial viable. There is a 3-tier system to determine which is most suitable for your situation and to support the financial viability of my work.
I adjust the payment fee based on the persons circumstances, making it fairer and more inclusive for more people. Fees are adjusted based on your circumstances, ensuring those with limited financial resources can access support and those with greater financial capacity pay closer to the standard rate.
These fees reflect the real cost of doing this work sustainably, and ultimately, that is the only way I can keep doing it at all. I am committed to professional development and staying across the complexity of the work I do is an ongoing and expensive commitment. Ethical, evidence-based practice is something I highly value and work hard to maintain.
Fee structure
Financial Hardship ($120 per hour*)
For those on low or no income such as Centrelink recipients, students, or anyone experiencing genuine financial hardship. I offer a limited number of spots at any given time. If these are currently full, you’ll be advised during intake.
Reduced Fee ($150 per hour)
For people who are employed but are needing to manage costs carefully. For example those who work part-time, casual, in early-career, or have significant debt or dependants. People with annual incomes of $30-$70k might fit into this category.
Standard Fee ($190 per hour)
For people on stable incomes, those with dual household income, or supervision and consulting services. Choosing this rate helps keep the concession spots available for people who need them. People with income over 70k usually fit into this category.
*This includes concession card and healthcare card holders
